It's a question that arises surprisingly often among travellers, especially those considering renting a car. Which countries drive on the right and which drive on the left? Approximately two-thirds of the global population drive on the right side of the street. All in all, 163 countries and territories have right-hand drive traffic while vehicles use the left-side in 76 countries.
The bulk of countries that drive on the left are former British colonies including South Africa, Australia and New Zealand. Only four countries in Europe still drive on the left and they are all islands. They consist of the UK, the Republic of Ireland, Malta and Cyprus.

Driving with a difference
Dear dear reader
In this post I share something just interesting I came across
A driving school with a difference
Let's teach our young to drive with patience and care
For lives are there on the road
Stories backgrounds dreams aspirations emotions troubles
Are all busy maneuvering
A smile and a wave wouldn't hurt
We should do good at all times
Even when driving
God bless
It matters

Dear Life Drivers Training Parents,
After more than 30 years of working with teens in a variety of ways, I have realized that it's a gift I believe I have been given to work with teens and young adults. Eight years ago, I found myself on a new path teaching teens and young adults how to drive. I felt right from the beginning that I was able to impact teens through this oppprtunity to teach them to drive.

The name "Life" came to me as I listened closely to parents, friends and teens, themselves. It is a word that is used so often to convey that which we feel is truly precious. I'm proud of the times over the course of my life that I have been able to impact teen lives outside of teaching them how to drive. Over the 35 years or our wonderful marriage, my wife Jodi and I have often enjoyed going out of our way to make a difference in the lives of teens. Together, we have led many international mission trips. God continues to lay this on my heart, to lead teens in a missions setting, but I have realized that right here in michigan I have a chance to impact hundreds of teens every year in a drivers training setting. I have been honored to be able to teach so many teens to drive in the past, and I look forward to working with your teens in the very near future.
It is my goal to ensure that along with everything they learn about staying alive at Life Drivers Training, their learning will be filled with the strongest life values possible. I will treat your teen as a young adult and show him or her that level of respect and patience. They deserve as much, as the embark on the threshold of this brand new endeavor of responsibility - taking the first step in learning to drive.
Thank you for trusting your son or daughter to Life Drivers Training as they begin this journey. Together we can accomplish this as an experience of life lessons they will carry with them for a lifetime. I personally make this commitment to you and your teens: "We Commit for Life." This means that at any point, for any reason at all, we will be ther to drive with your teen for life!
Sincerely yours, Ron Zuverink
